Who We Are
Originally Baked by Anita Catering, BBA Food Management began as a catering company in Cincinnati, OH by Anita Stephens. After college, the little girl who gave away her mother's groceries to the neighborhood kids, developed a passion for food and people and one day decided to combine the two. Today, nestled in the heart of Dayton, OH BBA Food Management is known for our delicious meals made from scratch and customer service worth mentioning. At BBA Food Management, food is our passion. Loyalty is our specialty. Less than is Not an option!

Our Services
BBA Food Management provides catered meal services to several community, charter, and private schools in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Our food services include breakfast, lunch, snack, and the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP). At BBA Food Management, we focus on fulfilling the nutritional needs of our students so that schools can concentrate on their educational needs.
Our Food
Even though Taco Tuesday is a student favorite, we serve a wide variety of cuisine. We offer several fast food imposters such as a Nugget Bowl (KFC), Philly Cheesesteak (Penn Station), and Burrito Bowl (Chipotle).
We believe in and practice scratch meal prep. All meals prepared meet or exceed the NSLP guidelines. Exposure is important and we make great efforts to introduce both familiar and unfamiliar items in an exciting healthy manner.
At BBA, we take pride in our ability to provide consistent flavors and quality when it comes to our meals. It is important to us to provide options for everyone regardless of their dietary needs.
